Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Berwyn, PA for a Private Equity Vice President. The Vice President will be responsible for leading investments in targeted sectors, conducting detailed financial analyses, developing relationships with management teams, and overseeing portfolio companies. Additional responsibilities include deal origination, due diligence, investment structuring, and ongoing performance monitoring of portfolio companies.

  • Expertise in Private Equity and Investments
  • Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with management teams and stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
