Position: Business Systems Analyst

Location: Boca Raton, FL

Hours: Full-time, on-site (hybrid available after six months)

The Business Systems Analyst will play a vital role in supporting internal teams, optimizing workflows, and ensuring clean, reliable reporting to leadership. This position reports directly to the CTO and is ideal for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional ready to make a measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn the structure of all internal software and understand how systems interact
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues quickly and effectively
  • Maintain integrations and automations across internal platforms
  • Identify and eliminate recurring issues
  • Manage user access, permissions, and workstation setup
  • Build and refine workflows across recruiting, sales, and operations teams
  • Automate manual tasks where practical
  • Improve internal processes based on team feedback and observation
  • Produce weekly and monthly operational reports
  • Work with large datasets while maintaining accuracy
  • Use SOQL, Salesforce reporting tools, and advanced Excel functions
  • Create or support reporting scripts and automated data processes
  • Organize raw data into clear, actionable summaries
  • Write clear and concise documentation for systems and workflows
  • Maintain the internal documentation library
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with recruiting, sales, and account management teams
  • Assist with planning and implementing system improvements

Requirements:

  • 3–7 years of experience in business systems, operations, or workflow automation
  • Strong comfort working with data and reporting
  • Knowledge of SOQL or willingness to learn
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to learn or write basic reporting scripts and automation logic
  • Experience working on structured projects with collaborative tools
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills

Compensation & Growth:

  • $60,000 annual salary
  • Bonus and commission opportunities
  • W-2 employment
  • Full-time, on-site in Boca Raton
  • Hybrid schedule available after six months
