MARKETING COORDINATOR

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our innovative team. The Marketing Coordinator has responsibilities in all areas of the marketing function including but not limited to: marketing initiatives, event planning, graphic design, social media and material production. In this role, you will drive the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that elevate brand visibility, engage target audiences, and support business growth. Your energetic approach and strategic mindset will help us connect with customers across digital and traditional platforms, ensuring our marketing efforts are impactful, data-driven, and aligned with company goals. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to compelling marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the efforts of merchandising, sales, and marketing to sell more profitable cases.
  • Develop and assist with the research, development, formulation and coordination of marketing initiatives.
  • Develop graphics for branch initiatives, pamphlets, promotions, flyers and/or other related materials.
  • Develop graphics, layouts and finalization of our customer's restaurant menus.
  • Be responsible for all company electronic marketing and social media.
  • Be responsible for booking and coordinating room and equipment needs for events such as meetings, food shows and associate functions. When such events take place, job will include taking lead on setup and coordination of the event.
  • Lead the development and production of marketing material related to events.
  • Will be responsible for printing, copying, scanning and distribution of printed materials.
  • Other task as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of education and/or job experience in advertising, marketing, and graphic design.
  • Minimum of 2 years of formal training in at least one Graphic Arts application, preferably Adobe Suite.
  • Creativity is a must for this position
  • The ideal candidate will have strong visual skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Must be comfortable dealing with time-sensitive projects with short, tight deadlines.
  • Additional experience with videography, photography or other visual arts a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products is necessary.
  • Advanced skills with Social Media required, including but not limited to Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and embrace, lead and innovate change.
  • Must be able to pass a background investigation and drug test.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
