Marathon Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is seeking a motivated and dynamic Comfort Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC sales and proven success in lead generation resulting in high closing rates. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that enhance their comfort and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management.
  • Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including networking and direct sales efforts.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations with customers to assess their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Utilize technical sales skills to explain product features and benefits effectively.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Manage assigned territory efficiently, ensuring coverage of all potential clients.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies relevant to the market.

Requirements

  • Must have 5yrs plus experience in HVAC Industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Experience in lead generation and territory management.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a must have.
