  • Key Responsibilities: Collaborate
    with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to analyze, document, and translate business needs into system requirements.
  • Define & document data analysis/transformation requirements including sample queries and metadata mapping using Big Query dataset and tables for business reporting, analytics, and system validation.
  • Develop interactive front-end mock-ups and dashboards layouts to visualize analytical findings and communicate business insights effectively.
  • Work closely with UI/front-end developers to ensure usability, performance, and alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate on API design and integration. Support web applications using frameworks
  • Conduct business process mapping, gap analysis, and impact assessments for system improvements within the insurance space.
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by defining test cases, validating system behavior, and ensuring alignment with business expectations.

  • Serve as a liaison between business users and IT teams, ensuring technical feasibility and functional clarity for ongoing enhancements.

    n Experience: 3–5 years as a Business Systems Analyst, ideally within the health insurance or healthcare sector

  • .Data Analytics & Querying: Advanced proficiency in BigQuery (mandatory) and SQL for data extraction, analytics, and reporting
  • .Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs, and front-end frameworks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Angular) to support requirements gathering and UI validation
  • .Reporting & Visualization: Experience defining and documenting reporting and dashboarding requirements; ability to create interactive front-end presentations for business communication and stakeholder review
  • .Analytical Thinking: Excellent analytical and business problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of data-driven decision-making
  • .Documentation Expertise: Skilled in writing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), Use Cases, and User Stories
  • .Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences
  • .Agility & Independence: Strong time management and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment
