Family Wealth Planning Partners (FWPP) is launching a new flagship office in Louisville, and we are looking for one elite, growth-minded Advisor to anchor it. We've engineered the solution to your bottleneck: a powerful, in-house marketing and appointment-setting engine that fills your calendar, combined with comprehensive operational infrastructure that liberates you to do what you do best—advise clients and scale your AUM.

Your Mandate & Opportunity
- Lead the Market:
Anchor our new Louisville office, transitioning your established client relationships onto a platform built for exponential growth. - Leverage a Proven Growth Engine:
Receive a steady stream of qualified, first-time appointments from our in-house team and event-driven marketing machine (TV, radio, workshops, and exclusive client events). - Focus Exclusively on Alpha-Generating Activities:
Delegate account administration, trading, and billing to our centralized operations team, freeing you to focus on client acquisition, financial planning, and deepening relationships. - Deliver Comprehensive Planning:
Utilize our education-first, lifestyle-planning framework to provide holistic advice covering retirement income, tax strategy, estate coordination, and investment management under a fiduciary standard. - Achieve Uncapped Earning Potential:
Plug into a compensation structure designed to aggressively reward asset growth, with top performers realizing significant upside as recurring AUM compounds.
Required Qualifications & Profile
This role is for a disciplined executor with a proven track record. Non-negotiable requirements include:
- Portable AUM:
A minimum of $4–5MM in client assets with a high probability of transition. - Licensing:
Active Series 65 (or Series 7 & 66) and a Kentucky Life & Health license (or ability to secure it within 90 days). - Experience:
3–7+ years of direct client-facing financial planning and investment advisory experience with demonstrated asset acquisition success. - Commitment to Office Presence:
The drive and discipline to work from our new Louisville office, collaborating with our team to build a dominant market presence. You must be physically present.
