We're a growing business with a friendly, down-to-earth crew, and we're looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to help keep our finances running smoothly.

About the Role:

We're looking for someone who's organized, detail-oriented, and great at keeping track of the numbers. As our Accounts Receivable Specialist, you'll handle billing, customer payments, and account follow-ups — making sure everything stays accurate and up to date. You'll be an important part of the team that keeps our projects (and our business) moving forward.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare and send out customer invoices
  • Post payments and deposits accurately
  • Keep track of outstanding balances and follow up with customers as needed
  • Communicate with homeowners, contractors, and insurance reps in a friendly, professional way
  • Work closely with our office and project management teams to ensure all billing details are correct
  • Help reconcile accounts and support month-end reporting
  • Jump in with other accounting or office tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or general accounting (construction or roofing experience is a big plus)
  • Comfortable using accounting software like QuickBooks or similar programs
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Good communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
