Job Summary

The Store Pricing & Administration Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate and timely product pricing in the store's computer system, creating and placing price signs throughout all departments, and assisting with general store administration. This role ensures price integrity, supports weekly promotions, and provides administrative support to store management to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Update and verify product prices in the computer/POS system according to weekly and promotional changes.
  • Print, design, and place shelf labels, price tags, and promotional signs for all departments (Grocery, Produce, Meat, Seafood, Deli & Bakery, Dairy/Frozen).
  • Check for price accuracy on the sales floor and correct discrepancies immediately.
  • Communicate with the pricing department and store management regarding new price files, item updates, and weekly ad schedules.
  • Maintain organized digital and printed records of price changes, signage updates, and promotional materials.
  • Assist with store administrative duties such as daily reports, filing, data entry, and communication with the main office.
  • Support department managers with signage requests and product updates.
  • Ensure all store signage meets company branding and presentation standards.

Requirements

  • Previous supermarket or retail experience preferred (especially in pricing or office administration).
  • Strong computer skills (POS system, Excel, and label/sign printing software).
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and organized.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual English/Korean or English/Spanish a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
