JOB TITLE: Operator

DEPARTMENT: Operations - Test

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Follow written procedures to perform electrical tests
  • Organize tested product as pass or fail
  • Maintain and complete required documentation
  • Maintain an organized workstation
  • All other duties as assigned by your supervisor/manager

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to use oscilloscopes, voltmeters and other necessary test equipment
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Strong vision and finger dexterity
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with a team or independently as needed
  • Must be able to work in a seated position for up to 8 hours per day
  • Must be able to read, write, communicate, and comprehend the English language
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening test and criminal background check
  • Must be able to meet all physical requirements as outlined in this position description
  • Must follow all company policies outlined in the EI Microcircuits Employee Handbook of Personnel Policies
  • Complete all orientation and training needs as written in policy

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Testing experience in an electronics environment is preferred.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
