Job Title: Loan Originator NMLS Licensed - Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Loan Originator (LO) with an active NMLS License to join our team. This role requires full Spanish/English bilingualism to effectively serve our diverse clientele. The LO is responsible for proactive lead generation, guiding borrowers through the entire mortgage process from application to closing, and ensuring full regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loan Generation: Proactively generate new business opportunities and cultivate strong referral relationships (Realtors, builders, etc.).
  • Bilingual Advising: Evaluate borrowers' financial needs, explain various mortgage products (Conventional, FHA, VA, etc.), and recommend the best options in both Spanish and English.
  • Application & Pre-qualification: Accurately complete loan applications and pre-qualify borrowers promptly.
  • Compliance: Ensure all activities and documentation adhere to NMLS, RESPA, TILA, and all applicable federal and state regulations.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain constant communication with the client, processing staff, and real estate agents for a smooth closing process.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active NMLS License is mandatory.
  • Full Professional Fluency in both Spanish and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Loan Originator.
  • Deep understanding of federal and state mortgage regulations.
