Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, lobbies, and other designated areas.
  • Has cleaned apartments, duplexes, condominiums, and rental homes.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors using manual and powered equipment.
  • Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners.
  • Dust furniture, fixtures, and office equipment.
  • Clean interior glass, mirrors, and surfaces.
  • Replenish consumables like paper towels, soap, and toilet paper.
  • Handle special projects such as deep cleans, carpet cleaning, or move-out services.
  • Follow safety protocols and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Communicate any repair needs, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the supervisor.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with clients and team members.
  • Ensure all work is completed to meet client expectation
  • Strictly follow instructions given for each job
  • Provide clear before-and-after photos of all completed work

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation to job sites in Iowa and surrounding areas.
  • Good time management skills and reliability in attendance
  • Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
  • Availability for early mornings, evenings, or weekend shifts as needed.
  • Good communication skills and professional attitude.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
  • Experienced in cleaning Coffee Shops, Schools, Apartments, Hospitals/Clinics, Gyms, Restaurants and etc.
  • Commercial cleaning Equipment (example: Vacuum cleaner, Carpet cleaner / extractor, Extendable dusters, Squeegees, Glass cleaner, Degreasers and more)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour
