The Opportunity:  

As a program management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it's imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That's why we need you, an experienced program management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. 

On our team, you'll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of our clients mission. You'll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You'll help with tactical planning using resources like MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint and regular interactions with SMEs, schedulers, customers, and project analysts.

You Have: 

• 10+ years of experience in a managerial position on board a naval vessel or shipyard maintenance shop 

• Knowledge of maintenance requirements during submarine operational schedules

• Ability to support the client during planned and ad hoc meetings across the NAVSEA domain

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have: 

• Experience in a submarine shipyard environment during overhaul or pre-commissioning

• Experience at a submarine intermediate maintenance facility

• Experience as a combat system division Chief Petty Officer, Division Officer, or Department Head of a combat system department or division

• Experience with maintenance and material staff at the Squadron or Commander level

• Knowledge of the NAVSEA submarine program offices

• Qualified in Submarines Designation

Clearance: 

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176, annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
