Job Title: AR Credit Analyst
Job Description
As an AR Credit Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, calculating financial ratios, making credit recommendations, preparing reports, ensuring compliance, assisting with audits, and communicating with customers to resolve complaints and verify financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data by reviewing financial statements, income, and cash flow to determine a customer's creditworthiness.
• Calculate financial ratios using computer programs, such as debt-to-income ratios, to evaluate a customer's financial health.
• Make recommendations on whether to approve or deny loans and suggest interest rate changes.
• Prepare reports summarizing a customer's financial health and the associated risks of lending money.
• Monitor compliance to ensure lending practices follow the bank's policies and guidelines.
• Assist with company and client audits.
• Communicate with customers to resolve complaints and verify financial transactions.

Essential Skills

• Proficient in credit analysis and accounts receivable.
• Experience in managing new accounts.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Credit Analyst.
• 2+ years of experience in construction-related credit (B2B).
• Ability to handle a high volume/high stress portfolio (1000 applications per month).
• 1+ years of experience using Excel.
• Experience navigating multiple ERP systems in one job.

Work Environment
The position is fully onsite with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid schedule after becoming permanent. During training, the schedule is flexible, typically from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and then shifts to 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, Arizona.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $ $27.00/hr.
