Role Description
This is a full-time/part-time, remote role for a Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will ensure customer satisfaction and retention by building strong relationships with clients and providing top-tier customer service. Responsibilities include analyzing customer data, providing actionable insights, and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement. Additionally, the role involves managing client communication, addressing concerns, and ensuring that customers maximize the value of EDITH's AI-driven dental hygiene solutions.
***Full time/Part time positions are available.
Qualifications
Must have experience in the dental DSO/DPO space.
- Expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Retention strategies
- Strong Analytical Skills for assessing data and providing actionable insights
- Proven ability in Relationship Building and maintaining client trust
- Exceptional skills in Customer Service and addressing client needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
