Duties

  • Operate assembly lines and machinery, ensuring smooth and continuous production flow
  • Use hand tools and power tools to assemble components accurately and efficiently
  • Conduct quality inspections of products throughout the manufacturing process
  • Safely operate forklifts to move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies within the facility
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to uphold safety standards
  • Assist with inventory management by loading, unloading, and storing materials in the warehouse
  • Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols during all tasks
  • Support mechanical troubleshooting and minor repairs on equipment as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve workflow processes

Skills

  • Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred
  • Mechanical knowledge to understand machinery operation and troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and forklift operation is essential
  • Strong understanding of assembly line processes and quality control standards
  • Warehouse experience for handling materials efficiently within a busy environment
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team
  • Good physical stamina for standing, lifting, bending, and moving throughout shifts
  • Knowledge of safety procedures related to manufacturing environments
