Overview

INVO Claims Administrators seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Commercial Auto Adjuster to join our team. This role involves evaluating insurance claims related to commercial policies, ensuring accurate assessment and fair resolution. The ideal candidate will possess strong analysis skills, expertise in workers' compensation law, and a commitment to customer service. Who We Are:

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and evaluate commercial insurance claims, including auto and workers' compensation claims.
  • Detect and prevent fraudulent claims through thorough analysis and investigation techniques.
  • Prepare detailed reports on claim assessments, including auto estimating when applicable.
  • Negotiate settlements with policyholders, claimants, and other stakeholders to reach fair resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all claim activities using financial software and other relevant tools.
  • Collaborate with legal teams on matters related to workers' compensation law and compliance requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by guiding clients through the claims process professionally and efficiently.
  • Analyze complex claim data to identify trends, potential issues, or areas for process improvement.
  • Organize and prioritize multiple claims efficiently while adhering to company policies and regulatory standards.

Experience

Proven experience as an insurance adjuster specializing in commercial lines, with a focus on workers' compensation preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of workers' compensation law, fraud prevention, auto estimating, and negotiation strategies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in analysis skills, organizational skills, and the use of financial software relevant to claims management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations tactfully and professionally.
  • Prior experience in customer service roles within the insurance industry is highly desirable.
  • Ability to interpret legal documents, policy language, and technical reports accurately. This position is integral to maintaining the integrity of our insurance services while ensuring clients receive fair treatment throughout the claims process.
