Echo Wave Communications, an authorized Boost Mobile dealer, is seeking energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Sales Representatives to join our growing retail team. We're looking for individuals who take pride in helping customers stay connected through the latest phones, plans, and wireless services — while building their own path toward success and career growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a professional, friendly attitude and identify their mobile needs.
- Recommend the best Boost Mobile plans, devices, and accessories to meet customer goals.
- Handle activations, upgrades, bill payments, and troubleshooting with attention to detail.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on Boost promotions and sales campaigns.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to store success.
- Keep the store organized, clean, and welcoming for customers.
- Work collaboratively with team members to create a high-energy sales environment.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Retail or wireless sales experience preferred, but we provide full training.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for helping others.
- Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)
