Analyst - International Corporate Finance advisory

Buckden Partners has been mandated by a leading international Corporate Finance advisory firm. They have recently established a US Office in NYC and are looking to recruit an Analyst or an Associate into their US team, where the role is wide-ranging and offers significant opportunity to join an experienced and fast-growing team.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Educated to a university degree level.
- 1-4 years' experience within investment banking, corporate finance advisory, debt advisory, derivatives advisory, debt capital markets, derivatives, lending, M&A, investor coverage or similar role.
- Ideally experience of transaction management and client engagement in Infrastructure, Real Estate or Energy Transition sectors.
- Some familiarity with financial structures including debt, interest rate hedging, inflation products, high yield, whole business securitisations and/or liability management.
- Adaptable, able to pick-up new assets, sectors and products, as well as prioritising and working on multiple transactions of differing complexity.
- Experience of using financial models to support financial decision making.
- Strong analytical and oral / written communication skills, with a specific ability to assimilate complex information and translate this into practical and clear advice.
- Strong interpersonal skills and recognition of its importance in delivering high quality client service.
- Enjoys being part of a high performing team but accepts individual responsibility.
