  • Analyze and assess the impact of schedule changes, constraints, and critical path disruptions; develop alternative plans and risk mitigation strategies and communicate impacts to stakeholders.

  • Develop and apply optimization methodologies to balance service level, inventory investment, and resource utilization.

  • Maintain a rolling production forecast to support labor requirements and production equipment utilization.

  • Develop, lead, and coordinate a structured Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, including preparation, facilitation, and reporting of monthly IBP meetings.

  • Lead new product introductions and transfers, ensuring accurate ERP/MRP signals, data governance, and alignment with operational excellence practices.

Purchasing Processes

  • Negotiate supplier agreements and contracts in compliance with internal standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

  • Develop and manage purchasing budgets and forecasts to reduce purchase variances and support profit objectives.

  • Implement and maintain data collection and reporting to track supplier performance and internal production metrics.

Vendor Development

  • Identify, qualify, and onboard new suppliers and vendors based on quality, capacity, cost, support, and reliability.

  • Support purchasing strategy development in alignment with operational and financial objectives.

Quality Processes

  • Monitor supplier and vendor compliance with contractual agreements, internal quality standards, and external regulatory requirements.

  • Measure and manage supplier cost, quality, and delivery performance.

  • Oversee supplier compliance with FDA QSR, ISO 13485, and other applicable regulations.

  • Prepare and distribute supplier scorecards on an agreed cadence and lead corrective actions as required.

  • Experience working with ERP and procurement systems.

  • Working knowledge of FDA QSR, ISO 13485, and other regulatory requirements impacting supply chain operations.
