A leading real estate investment and development firm is seeking a
Benefits Billing Analyst
to join its Human Resources team. This role supports both corporate and union employees and plays an essential part in managing benefit billing, payments, and reconciliations.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with large data sets and complex benefit structures. You'll work closely with HR, payroll, and external partners to ensure accuracy and compliance across multiple benefit plans.
This candidate will have 2+ years of experience in benefits, payroll, or accounting, ideally with exposure to union environments or benefits administration. Strong Excel skills and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
This is a hybrid role in NYC and offering up to 100k on base + discretionary bonus & company perks. Apply now for immediate consideration
