We deliver concierge-level home care to discerning clients across New York metro, Long Island/Westchester/Rockland, Northern New Jersey and Palm Beach, Florida. Our team combines clinical excellence with five-star service — and we're expanding.
We're seeking a Client Success Manager who thrives in high-touch, relationship-driven environments. Ideal candidates come from hospitality, concierge, luxury retail, or concierge healthcare coordination — individuals who know how to make clients feel genuinely cared for while keeping operations running flawlessly.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and families — managing inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and discretion.
- Deliver exceptional service and personalized attention, ensuring every client interaction reflects warmth, attentiveness, and our brand's high standards.
- Anticipate client needs and follow up proactively to ensure satisfaction and peace of mind.
- Oversee daily scheduling and coordination of caregivers and nurses to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with RN Care Managers to align on client needs and clinical priorities.
- Proactively resolve issues, maintaining Alliance's reputation for trust and excellence.
- Support caregiver engagement, recruitment, and retention efforts.
- Maintain accurate scheduling, payroll, billing, and client service documentation.
What You Bring
- Background in
hospitality, luxury service, or client experience management. - Strong multitasking and communication skills; calm under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and sound judgment.
- Tech-savvy; experience with scheduling or CRM platforms a plus.
- 3–5 years' experience in care coordination, client services and scheduling
- Bachelor's degree required
