Overview

We are seeking Millwright Crew Members to assemble, install, repair, and maintain industrial machinery across multiple worksites. This is a physically demanding, safety-sensitive role ideal for candidates with mechanical aptitude, welding ability, or on-the-job millwright experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble and install machinery and confirm proper operation.
  • Align equipment using precision tools (micrometers, plumb bobs, etc.).
  • Repair or fabricate parts using welding or brazing equipment.
  • Disassemble machinery for repair or replacement.
  • Diagnose mechanical issues and determine repair needs.
  • Read schematics, manuals, and technical diagrams.
  • Maintain machines, tools, and equipment across different job sites.
  • Load, unload, and transport materials safely.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Technical degree in welding or equivalent experience preferred.
  • OSHA-10 preferred.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and perform labor for long hours.
  • Must pass a physical and drug screen; random testing may apply.
  • Mechanical or construction equipment experience preferred.
  • Smartphone required for company communication tools.

Work Conditions

  • Indoor/outdoor environments with exposure to heat, cold, heights, and physically demanding tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.46 per hour

Expected hours: 50 – 65 per week
