What You'll Do

  • Greet students and families with enthusiasm
  • Help parents with scheduling, makeups, and payments
  • Support teachers and handle daily requests
  • Assist walk-in families and new enrollments
  • Keep the studio tidy and welcoming
  • Create and collect fun social media content

Requirements

1+ year of customer service experience

Reliable transportation & live within 45 minutes of 8129 Ardrey Kell Rd, Charlotte

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Google Suite, Canva

Strong multitasking, organization, and teamwork skills

Able to work in person and pass a background check
