Accountabilities
  • Define the long-term vision and strategy for a new product offering.
  • Oversee the product development lifecycle, managing cross-functional teams.
  • Establish and grow relationships with the product's target persona base.
  • Set expectations for strategic internal and external conversations.
  • Create and execute comprehensive product roadmaps.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify customer needs and trends.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B FinTech product management.
  • Deep understanding of private capital market landscape and valuations workflows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business or finance preferred.
