Reporting into the Chief Medical Officer, the Hospital Medical Director should be a highly motivated, clinically skilled, dynamic leader, passionate about innovating and optimizing the quality and delivery of veterinary services of our full-service, general practice Veterinary Hospital. The Medical Director will be passionate about building high performing, collaborative teams of Veterinarians and technicians with the support of two Nursing Care Managers. This hands-on leadership position is responsible for advancing and implementing the medical strategy and protocols defined by the Chief Medical Officer. The hospital is also supported by a Senior Director of Clinical Operations with whom the Medical Director will work hand-in-hand to ensure quality medical and patient care are considered in all operational efficiencies, yet largely removed from operations, so their focus remains on medicine and clinical team development.
We provide wellness, general practice, urgent care services, surgery, dental, and advanced diagnostics. Supported by a full in-house nursing team, our veterinarians have the trained medical support required for a high-volume hospital seeing over 25,000 visits per year.
