We're a residential landscape installation company in Roseville that subs out all production. We're lean, organized, and growing—and we're looking for a self-driven, trustworthy, detail-oriented person to own our projects from first visit to 5-star review.

Target total compensation: $90k+ (70k base + performance bonuses tied to historical revenue and 5-star reviews).

Your mission in this role: Provide an "over the top" experience for the client while maximizing revenue and profitability through timely estimates and well-managed projects from A–Z.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Conduct bids on clients property to take measurements
  • Turnaround project estimates promptly
  • Respond to Client requests/complaints immediately
  • Complete job plans & preparations prior to production
  • Manage and communicate job schedules and timing
  • Ensure production aligns with scope of work (Job Walks)
  • Process change orders as necessary
  • Log payments and expenses for each job
  • Earn 5-star reviews online & video testimonials

We have systems and training in place so you will not be left to figure all of this out on your own.

WHAT YOU BRING

Great Communication

  • You're clear, direct, and responsive.
  • You're comfortable communicating with Clients, Foremen, and Subcontractors so everyone stays on the same page.
  • When there's an issue, you don't hide it, you bring it up and help solve it.

Strong Management & Organization

  • You can juggle multiple jobs, timelines, and people without dropping the ball.
  • You think ahead to avoid conflicts, delays, and "fire drills."
  • You manage your time well and actually enjoy keeping things organized.

Tech Savvy

  • You're comfortable with Google Drive, Gmail, and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • You can type efficiently and learn new apps and online systems quickly.
  • If basic computer skills stress you out, this role will not be a good fit.

Landscape Installation Knowledge

  • Experience and/or strong knowledge in landscape installation.
  • You understand how jobs actually get built so you can estimate accurately and speak confidently with clients and subs.

Honesty & Ownership

  • We have zero tolerance for dishonesty.
  • Mistakes happen…we care that you own them, learn from them, and improve.
  • If you're unsure about something, you ask. You'll have support.
