Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Analyst, based in the South Bend-Mishawaka Region with flexibility for some remote work. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial planning, preparing and analyzing financial statements, conducting financial reporting, and performing in-depth analyses to support decision-making. The role also includes providing insights to improve financial performance and supporting strategic initiatives to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Financial Planning and Analytical Skills to support data-driven recommendations
  • Experience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to ensure accurate and timely financial documentation
  • Comprehensive understanding of Finance principles and their application in strategic decision-making
  • Proficiency in relevant financial software tools is an advantage
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
