Description:Senior Manager Technology role is responsible for building and enhancing technology solutions to meet complex business needs. Manage a large team or a group of small teams that develop, implement and support new/existing software applications and hardware platforms. Work with user groups to ensure operational stability and that applications meet the practical needs of the company. A successful candidate is a seasoned manager with a strong technical background that has demonstrated solid judgement when facing ambiguous technical problems and can operate large scale, high concurrency services while successfully drive the team's road map. To be successful, the individual in this role must bring a strong combination of business and technical acumen and be able to provide solutions that balance the unique needs of both the business and Technology

Degrees:
- Bachelors.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
- 6+ years of managerial and leadership experience.
- Demonstrated experience influencing others, including senior leaders, across multiple lines of business.
- Ability to identify, evaluate, and implement new technology platforms, tools and solutions to meet upcoming business needs.
- Demonstrated ability to champion projects and initiatives from beginning through implementation, meet deadlines, and balance multiple priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, including ability to assess options and recommend solutions.
- Knowledge of professional software engineering practices including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Drive for execution and results, while delivering quality software for large scale projects.
