Family and Community Engagement Manager
This position will have overall strategic and operational responsibilities for designated staff, programming, expansion and execution of the program's mission in three key competencies: Leadership and Management, Planning and Development and Communication. Areas of responsibility include developing and implementing the strategic directions of Family and Community Engagement, ERSEA (Enrollment, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, Attendance), and Transportation.
Education and Licensure Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Non-profit Management or related field required
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Non-profit Management or related field preferred
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 years of senior management experience with a track record of effective leadership. Past success working in management with the ability to cultivate a team environment.
- At least 5-7 years working in family engagement, community outreach, social services, or related field.
- Familiarity with Head Start Program Performance Standards and state Department or Early Education and Care Standards preferred.

Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 119, Section 51A, you are a mandated reporter and held to the statutory reporting requirements.
Starting Pay: $3,410.40 bi-weekly ($88,670.40 annually)
Full-Time: 40 hours per week (exempt position)
Full Year: 52 weeks per year
