Job Summary
Lead the translation of pricing strategies into scalable, actionable execution plans across diverse commercial channels. Ensures pricing accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency by embedding governance, automation, and data intelligence into core workflows. Partners cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, IT, and commercial operations to drive revenue growth, margin enhancement, and strategic alignment. The ideal candidate brings analytical precision, process discipline, and thrives in a dynamic, data-driven environment focused on continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities
Process Optimization:
Lead the design, operationalize, and continuously enhance pricing execution workflows across multi-channels. Drive process integrity, scalability, and cross-functional alignment by embedding automation, governance, and data intelligence into core pricing operations. Lead forward-looking strategic guidance to CONA on the evolution of On-Invoice and Accrued Pricing. This includes ensuring that future systems are thoughtfully designed to support flexible and scalable pricing mechanisms—capable of adapting to both on-invoice and accrued pricing models in a dynamic and evolving commercial landscape. Own strategic leadership and governance of Off-Invoice Accruals and Brand Funding (NAOU, MEC, BASN & DP), ensuring financial integrity, transparency, and precision across Sales and Finance reporting systems.

System & Data Management:
Drive enterprise-wide pricing data governance, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and reliability across all pricing platforms to support strategic decision-making and financial accountability. Lead the configuration and optimization of pricing architecture, including price list management, discount frameworks, and promotional pricing strategies, to enable agile market responsiveness and revenue growth. Lead the strategic integration of business and technology functions, translating pricing logic into scalable, system-enabled solutions that enhance data accuracy and enterprise-wide value creation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Establish and lead strategic cross-functional partnerships with Finance, CCBSS, Sales, and IT to architect and operationalize pricing strategies that are integrated with enterprise growth priorities, financial governance, and system capabilities. Demonstrates a strong ability to devise innovative and practical solutions to common challenges, consistently driving outcomes that benefit all key stakeholders.

Performance Monitoring:
Design and implement performance measurement frameworks, including KPIs and dynamic dashboards, to monitor pricing execution efficiency, accuracy, and system integrity. Identify systemic bottlenecks and lead targeted initiatives to accelerate turnaround time, enhance process reliability, and reduce executional errors.

Governance & Compliance:
Ensure price execution complies with internal controls, audit requirements, and legal standards. Maintain documentation of pricing processes and system configurations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of one year of work experience required, or a minimum of five years of progressive job experience including people, project, or account management.
  • 5+ years of experience in pricing operations, revenue management, or process improvement
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams
  • Analytical skills: The ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strategic thinking: A big-picture mindset to develop and execute comprehensive, long-term revenue strategies.
  • Technical proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with tools like SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or CRM platforms like Salesforce.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills to clearly articulate strategy and results to various stakeholders, from analysts to senior leadership.
  • Leadership: The ability to mentor a team, drive consensus, and influence decisions across multiple departments.
  • Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, driving record within policy guidelines.
