Our client is currently seeking a qualified
Field Service Technician
to join their team in Kansas City, MO. The ideal candidate must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record and must be comfortable with extensive drive time between assigned locations with company vehicle.

This role requires traveling between 6 or more client stores weekly to perform scheduled maintenance, installations, and technical support tasks.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on technical support for store systems, devices, and equipment
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues across multiple locations
  • Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
  • Perform system upgrades, imaging, and basic networking setup as needed
  • Communicate clearly with managers and staff to ensure timely issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate service documentation, reports, and inventory records
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times

Skills And Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 to 3+ years of IT or technical support experience (retail or field service preferred)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows operating systems, hardware, and software issues
  • Experience supporting peripherals such as printers, POS systems, and mobile devices
  • Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls daily

Wage Range
The rate for this position is between
$ $21.00 per hour.
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
