Providers International is a fast-growing security firm specializing in static guard and executive protection services across California, Oregon, and Arizona. We take pride in delivering reliable, compliant, and professional security operations to a diverse client base. As we prepare for our next phase of expansion, we're seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead and strengthen our field operations.

Position Overview

The Director of Operations will oversee all day-to-day security operations, managing approximately 5,000 weekly guard hours across three states. This role reports directly to the CEO and plays a key part in shaping the company's operational systems, compliance structure, and client service delivery. The position offers an opportunity to transition into an eventual Chief Operating Officer (COO) role as the company continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage 5,000+ weekly guard hours across CA, OR, and AZ.
  • Supervise field supervisors, scheduling, compliance, and overall service performance.
  • Ensure compliance with BSIS (CA), DPSST (OR), and AZ DPS regulations.
  • Implement and manage a workforce management system (Trackforce, Silvertrac, or similar).
  • Drive operational improvements by reducing overtime to below 5%, improving gross margin by 3%, and maintaining 95%+ client retention.
  • Conduct monthly site audits and operational performance reviews.
  • Oversee operational support for the Executive Protection (EP) division.
  • Develop and standardize SOPs, KPI dashboards, and an Operations Playbook for scalability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120, $140,000.00 per year
