ROLE OVERVIEW
Woodmont is seeking a Leasing professional to work at our beautiful Apartment Community located in Concord, CA. The schedule is Thursday through Monday; 9am-6pm, Sunday; 12pm-5pm. This position requires that you assist the Property Manager with day-to-day operations, but most importantly it requires that you assist current residents with questions and concerns as well as lease apartments to future residents. Our company offers professional, in-house training both at hire and ongoing via in person and web-based training programs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least one-year of proven leasing and sales background desired.
- Knowledge of the current rental market and marketing experience desired.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Computer skills: Experience with RealPage or Property Management software desired.
- Ability to input data into the computer system for entering future resident visits and work orders.
- Ability to update online advertising daily.
- Must be flexible and available to work on weekends.

COMPENSATION
Woodmont Real Estate Services has detailed the expected hourly rate for this role to be $23.00 hourly*.
This position may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus (eligibility may vary based on role).
*This does not include any other potential components of the compensation package, including leasing bonuses, benefits, and perks outlined above. At the launch of each position, we benchmark compensation to the appropriate role utilizing competitive compensation data from various data sources as references. At the offer stage, we use the signals we received from our interviews coupled with your experience, location, and other job-related factors to determine final compensation.
