Job Summary
We're looking for a motivated (bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish)) Sales Representative to join the PayHero team. The ideal candidate has experience selling credit card processing, merchant services, or POS systems (especially Clover POS) and is driven to build relationships directly with small business owners. This is a Recession Proof and Government shutdown proof industry.
This is an outside sales role that requires prospecting, cold calling, and other lead generation activities to develop your own pipeline. You'll have full control of your territory and the freedom to earn $300 per account opened, plus 30% lifetime residuals from your portfolio. Your income potential grows with every client you bring on board.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, door-to-door visits, referrals, and networking.
- Present PayHero's merchant processing and POS solutions to business owners in both English and Spanish.
- Educate prospects on how PayHero helps reduce processing fees and provides better service compared to traditional providers.
- Manage relationships with clients throughout the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition to PayHero.
- Maintain detailed records of leads, contacts, and sales activity in CRM software (Salesforce or equivalent).
- Collaborate with the PayHero team to refine outreach strategies and maximize conversion rates.
- Meet or exceed monthly account and revenue targets through consistent prospecting and follow-up.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, merchant services, or POS system sales (Clover experience a plus).
- Self-starter with strong cold-calling and prospecting skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Spanish.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Passion for helping small businesses grow and thrive.
Compensation
- $300 per account opened
- 30% lifetime residuals on merchant processing revenue
