What you do:

Patient Care and Communication:

● Answer phones in a welcoming manner and exhibit efficient customer service skills at all times.

● Address caller's needs in real-time or direct callers to the appropriate party.

● Resonate a friendly, courteous and sympathetic attitude when interacting with patients.

● Assist with patient intake – Check vitals and basic charting. Update and maintain all client records

● Set up exam rooms for procedures as needed. Clean, prepare and stock all exam rooms.

● Assist the clinicians with patient care management.

● Address patient calls, emails and portal messages in a timely manner.

● Scanning of documents, faxes, medical records, etc. as needed.

Requirements and Skills

● High level of customer service skills, professionalism, fast Learner, and ability to connect with prospective new patients.

● Knowledge of medical office systems and procedures (preferred)

● Excellent time management skills, ability to organize and prioritize tasks. Self-aware and service oriented

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Strong organizational and planning skills

● Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, Team player
