We are growing our warehouse fulfillment team Seattle-based women's luxury clothing company is seeking a dynamic person to assist in the management all aspects of its webstore and soft goods fulfillment and distribution operations. Applicants must be extremely detail-oriented, highly organized, and computer proficient. Experience and a keen interest in the women's fashion industry are a big plus.

Responsibilities include:

• Packing and shipping orders
• Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
• Shipping, receiving, and distributing product
• Maintaining overall warehouse planning & organization
• Customer relations & support

Familiarity with Netsuite, Loop, Gorgias, Shipstation, and Shopify are a plus Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a demanding fast-paced environment are critical. Must be knowledgeable of basic retail operations, store inventory allocations, and pick ticket management. Applicant must also be proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook. The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and institute and maintain organization is essential Occasional evenings and weekends may be required during critical shipping periods.
