About the Role
Ascendion is seeking a
Senior Gaming Producer
to support world's oldest gaming studio
for their Marketplace, Storefront and PlayerCare teams. This role will drive production for marketplace content, player support systems, and live service updates, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional player experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Production Management:
Oversee all phases of game development (Pre-Production, Production, Finaling) for AAA titles
. - Milestone Planning & Execution:
Define project roadmaps, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of features. - Lead Production:
Manage backlogs, define milestones, and oversee schedules for Storefront and PlayerCare initiatives. - Coordinate Teams:
Work closely with engineering, design, art, and QA to align priorities and deliverables. - LiveOps Management:
Support marketplace content updates and player support workflows. - Stakeholder Communication:
Provide clear status reports, risk assessments, and dependency tracking. - Process Optimization:
Implement Agile/Scrum practices and improve production workflows.
Required Qualifications
- 6-8+ years in AAA game production for X-box/Play-station or Console games (mobile games/esports games won't work). Project management & with at least 2-3 years in live service or marketplace environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with game engines (Unity, Unreal) and content pipelines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with client Marketplace or similar live service platforms.
- Knowledge of storefront operations, player support systems, and community engagement.
- Familiarity with localization and compliance processes for global releases.

Salary Range:
The salary for this position is between $100,000 to $140,000 USD annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
