Sr. Marketing Program Manager, Prime Air Drone Delivery

The Prime Air Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Program Manager to own initiatives that drive brand awareness, program adoption, and new business growth. This role is a strategic partner within the organization, contributing to business goals and driving the team to deliver with operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a strategic data-driven problem solver with exceptional communication skills, strong organizational capabilities, and a passion for leading customer-centric projects.
Key job responsibilities
Partner with cross-functional teams to execute projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
Drive the adoption of best practices, sharing insights and mechanisms to improve processes and results
Manage weekly, monthly, quarterly marketing business reviews
Analyze, evaluate, and overcome project risks, and produce reports for leadership
Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance scalability for global campaigns
Support the build and maintenance of standards and systems for knowledge management (e.g., SOPs, best practices, processes)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience with Agile and project management toolsets like Jira, Rally, VersionOne or Taiga
- Experience analyzing data quantitatively and using customer research, data and metrics to back up assumptions, identifying opportunities, and assessing the efficacy of marketing programs
- Experience working for Amazon or any Amazon subsidiary or affiliate

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
