Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lawn Care Route Technician to join our team as a Spray Technician / Route Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in weed control, fertilization, insect and disease identification, core aeration, overseeding, and route management. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, driving to job sites, and delivering exceptional lawn care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers as a Lawn Care Route Technician, following safety guidelines and regulations
  • Operate and maintain machinery and tools used for spraying applications
  • Inspect lawns and landscapes to identify pest or disease issues
  • Communicate with clients about services and recommend additional treatments
  • Maintain accurate records of services performed and products used
  • Clean and store equipment properly after use
  • Collaborate with other Lawn Care Route Technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Manage daily service routes efficiently as a Route Manager
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Lawn Care Route Technician, Spray Technician, or in landscape maintenance is preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong sales skills are a plus for promoting additional services
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team of Lawn Care Route Technicians
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
