We're looking for an energetic and detail-driven Treatment Coordinator to join one of the region's leading dental groups. Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage patient treatment plans.
  • Act as a liaison between healthcare providers and patients.
  • Schedule patient appointments and follow-ups.
  • Ensure all patient records are up-to-date and accurately maintained.
  • Communicate treatment options and procedures to patients.
  • Handle patient inquiries and address any concerns or questions.
  • Assist in developing patient treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare providers.
  • Monitor patient progress and provide updates to healthcare providers.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  • Prepare and present cost estimates for treatment procedures.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care plans.
  • Provide administrative support to the healthcare team as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Collect and process payments for treatment services.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in a dental office setting
  • Relevant certification or coursework in healthcare administration
  • Proficiency in patient management software
  • Strong understanding of dental terminology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
