What You'll Do

  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician dispatch efficiently
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our system
  • Resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction at every interaction

What You Bring

  • Experience: 1–2 years in a customer service or call center role
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong accuracy and organizational skills
  • Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Experience with ServiceTitan is a big plus
