Key Responsibilities


• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across trading, LNG, oil, refined products, and infrastructure projects.


• Develop and execute capital strategies, project financing, and long-term investment frameworks.


• Manage investor relations, fundraising, and reporting to ensure confidence and alignment with strategic objectives.


• Oversee risk management, governance, and compliance with financial regulations across Israel and the Middle East.


• Provide executive guidance on project structuring, commercial models, and large-scale investment decisions.


• Build and lead a high-performance finance team, fostering accountability, strategic thinking, and execution excellence.

Candidate Profile


• Senior executive experience in corporate finance, investment, or financial leadership in energy, trading, or infrastructure companies.


• Proven track record managing complex multi-asset operations, project financing, and investor relations.


• Deep understanding of regional regulations, capital markets, and multi-billion-dollar project finance.


• Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic skills; experience influencing C-level and board-level decisions.


• Fluent in English; Hebrew required.
