About the Role

Four Lane Digital is building a vibrant team of Brand Ambassadors to help share our story online and connect with audiences through authentic, creative content.

As a Brand Ambassador, you'll represent the heart of the brand — creating social media content that showcases our projects, highlights client success stories, and celebrates entrepreneurship, creativity, and community.

This role is ideal for college students, aspiring creators, photographers, designers, or influencers who want to gain digital marketing experience, grow their portfolios, and collaborate with a forward-thinking creative agency.

What You'll Do

  • Create engaging, visually appealing social media content (photos, reels, videos, or posts) highlighting Four Lane Digital's services, culture, and impact.
  • Share branded posts and campaigns across your personal social media platforms.
  • Participate in content challenges or campaigns (e.g., "Brand of the Week," "Website Glow-Up Features").
  • Capture behind-the-scenes footage or testimonials that can be repurposed for marketing use.
  • Collaborate with Four Lane Digital's creative team to brainstorm new ideas and campaign concepts.
  • Engage with our social channels by liking, commenting, and sharing updates.
  • Maintain a consistent, professional tone that aligns with the Four Lane Digital brand voice.

Expectations

  • Minimum of 2–4 posts per month showcasing Four Lane Digital or client stories.
  • Active engagement with brand content (comments, shares, and story reposts).
  • Willingness to create original content that fits your personal style and our aesthetic (clean, modern, community-driven).
  • Participate in quarterly check-ins or ambassador meetups (virtual or in-person).

Compensation & Perks

This is an incentive-based position with opportunities for advancement. Ambassadors may earn perks and rewards based on participation and performance, including:
