Position Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Car Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you'll connect with customers, help them find the perfect vehicle, and ensure they drive away with a smile. Key Responsibilities
· Engage with Customers: Greet customers with a warm and professional demeanor, assess their needs, and guide them through the car-buying process.
· Vehicle Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the features, specs, and benefits of all vehicles in our inventory.
· Build Relationships: Establish trust and rapport with customers to create a positive buying experience.
· Meet Sales Goals: Work to achieve individual and team sales targets while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
· Process Transactions: Assist customers with financing options, documentation, and trade-ins.
· Follow-Up: Maintain ongoing communication with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
· Team Collaboration: Work with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What We're Looking For
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Sales experience (automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required).
· A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for helping customers.
· Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
· Self-motivation with a desire to succeed.
· Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

· This is a base salary $33,800 plus supplemental paid commission and bonus opportunities up to $100,000 plus.
