Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in pool maintenance and cleaning. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that pools are clean, safe, and well-maintained for our clients. This role requires hands-on work with various tools and equipment, making it essential for candidates to have experience with both hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

  • Perform regular pool maintenance tasks including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment inspections.
  • Conduct repairs on pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and heaters to ensure optimal performance.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to pool systems and provide timely solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of services performed and communicate findings to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards while performing all tasks.

Requirements

  • Proven mechanical knowledge with a focus on pool systems and equipment.
  • Experience in pool maintenance and cleaning is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with service technician roles or similar positions is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
