Job Description
On any given day you might:
- Bring fresh and groundbreaking conceptual thinking in partnership with Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) to create transformative work
- Push creative thinking to new and unprecedented places – but also have a plan to make it work
- Implement the overarching creative direction and vision for the Xfinity account(s) and/or team(s) as well as bring proactive leadership to the entire agency
- Apply strong working knowledge of the fundamentals of new and standard social and digital platforms and technologies to briefs and proactive opportunities
- Skillfully produce work across a variety of platforms and mediums: social, digital, film, OOH, and emerging technologies.
- Provide leadership through building the vision and mission of the agency
- Manage multiple projects, partners, and budgets within deadlines
- Determine assignments, evaluations, and incentives for the creative department
- Ensure the growth of individual team members
- Responsible for shaping a general direction of the work that Xfinity produces
- Build strong relationships with multi-levels of clients, and deepen their knowledge of interactive marketing
The ideal person:
- Seeking candidates with a proven track record of success in major advertising awards, specifically those who have received accolades from Cannes Lions, The One Show, or Clio Awards.
- Has a robust background in all forms of creative marketing communications
- Is a strong leader and has experience running teams of coworkers.
- Has experience across storytelling and content, traditional and nontraditional marketing experiences
Qualifications:
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of work across different media and industries.
- Skills:
- Strong conceptual thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Proficient in adapting tone and style to different audiences and mediums.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Comedic to emotional range in terms of execution.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in AI concepting tools and content creation techniques.
- Software Proficiency: Expert with Microsoft Office Suite; Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite. Proficiency in AI tools and platforms a plus.
- Personal Attributes: Creative mindset, collaborative spirit, detail-oriented, and a passion for storytelling and pop culture.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Primary Location Pay Range: $96, $144,672.05Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
