Assistant Property Manager

WinnCompanies is looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Marmolejo Apartments, a 292-unit affordable housing community located in El Paso, TX.   In this role, you will support the Property Manager in managing all aspects of the community, including leasing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, service requests, and customer service.   The pay range for this position is $15.00 to $16.00 per hour.
