What you'll do

  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and offering solutions related to automotive products and services.
  • Assist customers with vehicle maintenance and repair needs, utilizing your knowledge in automotive diagnostics and repair.
  • Manage inventory control processes, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and organized efficiently.
  • Engage in sales management activities, including retail sales, cashiering, and order fulfillment.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Demonstrate effective negotiation skills to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace while stocking shelves and managing product displays.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers using excellent phone etiquette.

Basic qualifications

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse customers.
  • Proficiency in retail math for accurate transactions and inventory management.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in automotive service or dealership settings is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a plus.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities to better serve our diverse clientele.
  • Previous experience in marketing or sales management can enhance your candidacy.
