Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Superintendent. This role is vital in ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects through effective management, curriculum development, and strategic planning. The Superintendent will foster a positive learning environment, promote innovative teaching practices, and ensure that administrative functions align with the institution's mission and goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and enforce consistency in construction practices, quality standards, and safety protocols across all active job sites.

  • Oversee daily field operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with plans and specifications.

  • Coordinate equipment, materials, and logistics needs across multiple projects to optimize productivity and cost efficiency.

  • Monitor project schedules with Project Managers; identify risks early and support schedule recovery or course corrections when needed.

  • Serve as the primary field representative for executive leadership, supporting project planning, staffing, and overall strategic execution.

  • Review drawings, specifications, submittals, and logistics plans to proactively identify and resolve field conflicts or constructability issues.

  • Provide strong on-site leadership to resolve issues quickly, maintain morale, and promote teamwork across all field personnel.

  • Ensure all field documentation including daily logs, safety reports, progress photos, and incident reports is accurate and submitted on time.

  • Conduct site inspections to monitor quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project requirements.

  • Participate in preconstruction planning, scheduling, and constructability reviews to establish job site sequencing and success strategies.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement throughout the field organization.

Work Environment

  • Field-based role with regular travel.

  • Work performed in active construction environments, with exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, and job-site hazards.

  • Requires walking long distances, climbing ladders, navigating uneven terrain, and inspecting elevated, restricted, or confined spaces.

  • Typical schedule may include extended hours, depending on project demands.

Pay: $65, $75,000.00 per year
