  • Ensure all personnel meet onboarding, documentation, and deployment-readiness standards specific to each contract.

Policy & Process Development

  • Provide guidance to project teams on regulatory requirements, contract terms, and operational risks.
  • Support standardization of compliance processes across all CRS projects to maintain contract readiness.

Cross-Functional Communication

  • Serve as a key liaison between CRS leadership, onsite teams, HR, training, operations, legal, and government stakeholders.
  • Communicate compliance expectations clearly and consistently to deployed and non-deployed staff.
  • Support issue resolution, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Excel, Smartsheet, or similar compliance-tracking tools.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-visibility, and high-security environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in government contracting, emergency response operations, secure/detention facilities, or large-scale staffing projects.
  • Background in compliance for high-risk, regulated, or mission-critical operations.
  • Knowledge of workforce compliance programs, credentialing requirements, or HR regulatory standards.
  • Experience deploying or supporting operations in remote, austere, or secure environments.
